Frequently Asked Questions

We offer free shipping on orders over $25.

Orders within the US under $25 will incur a shipping fee of $5.

We use usps first class mail to ship your order.

Our processing time is 1-3 days and shipping time is 5-7 days.

As soon as your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number so you know when to expect your package to arrive.

If your order is not processed by the estimated shipping date, our Customer Service team will contact you with an update within 24-48 hours (keep an eye on your inbox!). 

For items that are out of stock we accept back orders.

Once you have made the order it could take up to 30 days to receive your item because it needs to be made from scratch.
